These Terms govern your use of this website and the products, courses, memberships, and digital content offered by Pamela Blaney ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed at checkout by our payment provider. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Access to digital products (including The Crown Course, ebooks, workbooks, and meditations) is granted to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the content. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to The Crown Course where less than 25% of the content has been accessed.
Physical goods are dispatched within 3–7 business days. Shipping times depend on destination. Risk passes to you on delivery. Faulty or incorrectly described items may be returned in accordance with the ACL. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging; return shipping is at the customer's cost.
Memberships are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
